Carpenders Park Farm

This was a complex site, semi agricultural and commercial with multiple buildings constructed at different time periods.  Comprising a brick construction farmhouse which was partially collapsed; and a range of steel framed buildings and modular concrete buildings which previously housed a commercial dairy. The site also had multiple concealed services and was located next to a cellular mast which had to remain operational and accessible throughout.  Whilst this meant reception on site was excellent it also meant that extra care need to be taken.

The project was scheduled to be 12 weeks and was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
