College Lawn

This project comprised the removal of a 1960’s concrete annex building for a Cheltenham Ladies College residential House building in the centre of Cheltenham.  This work had to be undertaken and completed within the Easter break to fit in with School life.

Our aim throughout was to minimise disruption for the neighbouring residential properties.  We used progressive fragmentation methods which both reduced noise and dust. 

All materials removed from site were recycled or taken to appropriate waste facilities.

Temporary works to buttress a retaining party wall completed the job.

All works were completed on time and on budget.
