Old Coach House

The project was to remove an Old Coach House as three new sustainable homes were to be built on the site.  The property was constructed of red brick with a Welsh slate roof.  We were able to reclaim all the bricks and slates and some of the constructional timber.

A two-week slot to do some minor non-licenced asbestos removal, soft strip and then a machine drop.  All materials were sorted on site with salvageable materials going straight to a reclamation yard and the non- salvageable transferred to a local recycling facility.

The site was left clean and level.

The project was completed on time and on budget.
